We also collect usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with our platform.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our investment services; process transactions and send related information; verify your identity and comply with legal obligations (KYC/AML); send administrative and marketing communications; and detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or technical issues.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share your data with regulated custodians and brokers to execute transactions; service providers who assist in operating our platform (under strict data processing agreements); regulators, government authorities, or law enforcement when required by law; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication, and regular third-party security audits. We are SOC 2 Type II certified. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for 7 years thereafter to comply with financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account; however, certain data must be retained for legal, regulatory, and tax purposes.
6. Your Rights
